You can send funds from your balance to your own crypto address or to a customer’s address. This guide covers creating a withdrawal via the merchant dashboard; for the API method, see /withdrawal/crypto.
In your merchant dashboard, go to the Balances tab and select a cryptocurrency.
Click Send in the panel that opens.
Specify the recipient's address.
Alternatively, click the address-book icon next to the address field to select a saved contact instead of entering the address manually. See Contacts for more details. Enter the amount and click Send.
Specify the required user data.
See User data collection for details on what information may be required. If the withdrawal is internal, select the internal transfer checkbox instead; you don’t need to fill out the user data in this case. Optionally, add a note for this withdrawal.
Enter your 2FA code and click Confirm.
